The Asus ROG Phone 6 has leaked in images, and we’re excited to see what the next version of this smartphone will bring. The series has an excellent reputation in the gaming community and while there were rumors of problems with this device, it looks like Asus has worked out all of the kinks that plagued previous versions. Here’s what we know so far!
What do we know about the ROG phone 6?
If you are someone who follows hardware news or even just gaming news, you have definitely heard of Asus’s upcoming ROG phone. First announced at Computex 2018, we now know that it will be called ROG Phone 6 and that it will release some time next year. So far all that we know about it is its screen size (6-inches) so let’s dive into what we can expect from such a powerful device.
When will it be released?
Announced only days ago, there is no official word yet on when we can expect it to be released. This is one rumor you will want to keep an eye on though, as it looks like Asus might have a powerhouse phone coming soon.
How much will it cost?
Pricing information is not available, but we expect that it will be priced similarly to its predecessors. If you’re interested in purchasing one of these devices, keep an eye out for announcements or pre-orders closer to launch. Or you can buy another device—we have other posts here if you need inspiration!
Will it have wireless charging?
Wireless charging is a feature we’ve seen on many high-end smartphones over recent years, but it remains a luxury. Will you be able to charge your device without having to plug it into a port? It’s been suggested that ASUS might include wireless charging capabilities within its next handset, so we could see tech like Qi built-in. With glass construction expected, we wouldn’t be surprised if wireless charging was on board. Fingers crossed!
